 Job Description / Responsibility
  • Employment Type: Full Time Employment
  • Job Grade: OG I/OG-II
  • Achieve individual sales targets of asset and liability products
  • Generate revenue streams through the cross-sell of banking services to a high net worth customer base
  • On-board and source new client referrals from walking, networking and calling programs targeted specifically towards high net-worth customers
  • Build productive relationships with referral sources, branch network and trade bodies to generate new business
  • Ensure all client contact and communication, both internal and external, is carried out professionally and adhering to Bank guidelines
  • Assist and support the team with the delivery of branch sales and service goals
  • Ownership and accountability for own and assigned portfolio
  • Champion the customer experience ensuring the delivery of quality solutions to customers and responding to their needs - placing the customer at the heart of what we do
  • Act in accordance with all regulatory compliance and KYC policies (both internal and external) and communicate to clients as appropriate

Educational Requirements
    Fresh graduate from any UGC approved university preferably in business administration
Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to source new business through own initiative
