Job Description / Responsibility

• Job Description/Responsibility: Reporting business statistics, business persistency, renewal premium persistency and performance evaluation of sales team etc. Plan and organize different marketing activities and gather customer information and ensure its quality and accuracy. Keeping constant contact with different corporate companies regarding company's product / services.
• In this role, you will: Handle specific project under close supervision of the designated mentor. Engage with internal/external customers to meet the project deliverable as and when required. Present your project in front of a panel of Senior Managers. Submit an internship project upon completion of the Internship Programme.

Educational Requirements

• Master or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university major in Marketing, Management or Finance.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Students of public and private Universities; preferably from DU, IBA, IUB, NSU, BRAC, AIUB, EW etc.

• Age 20 to 28 year(s)
• Willingness to develop a career in the Life Insurance industry.
• Must be energetic, smart, hard working & able to convince others.
• Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Willing to work long hours as required.
• Team player, target achiever and able to work under-pressure when needed.
